Xiao Cheng is Founding Partner and CEO of Earth Heir, a social enterprise that celebrates Malaysia’s varied heritage art forms. Earth Heir works with 100 artisans including women cooperatives, indigenous tribes and refugees to combine traditional artisanal skills with modern, contemporary design. Xiao Cheng is an alumna of The Global Good Fund and Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship. Awarded with The Vice Chancellor Global Graduate Prize, Xiao Cheng was a Star Scholar from Nottingham University Business School.
