Vasumathi has over 20 years of experience in banking, microfinance and MSME lending. She is the COO at Finserin Online Services (FINSERIN), a FinTech Social enterprise with a mission to support and fund every women micro-entrepreneur enabling sustainable livelihoods. She has lead various initiatives covering micro-banking, rural livelihoods, financial inclusion, developmental projects focusing on women empowerment, agricultural value chains, community collectives such as FPOs and SHG federations. She served at different capacities including as Vice President with BASIX Social Enterprises Group.
