Rudie is co-founder of BTOP Sports Academy that works to empower rural and underprivileged children in Kelantan with healthy active lifestyle choices. Through its custom-designed sports-based programmes, BTOP prevents youths from engaging with unhealthy and criminal activities, and shows these youths how sports can make an impact on themselves and the community. Rudie graduated with a Degree in Information Technology from Univerisiti Utara Malaysia and has a Certificate in Professional Adolescent Counselling from Monash University.
