Rubayat is founder of Jeeon, an organisation focused on improving the quality of care in pharmacies - a neglected group of frontline health providers accounting for two-thirds of healthcare visits and expenditures in Bangladesh. His vision is to upgrade this workforce into a world-class primary healthcare channel, and thereby providing quality healthcare to millions. Previously, Rubayat co-founded mPower Social Enterprises, and holds a master's degree in International Development from Harvard University.
