Pauline is the Country Director for Nuru Kenya, an organization working to reduce poverty in remote communities. Nuru’s sustainable holistic model includes agriculture, healthcare, financial inclusion and education programs. Pauline is passionate about building resilience and has invested over 14 years in community development in Kenya. She believes in empowering the rural poor to make impactful choices and lives by the philosophy that people should not wait for others to create change but rather create change themselves.
