Pankaj is the CEO of Head Held High Foundation, an organisation with a purpose to eradicate poverty by empowering people and communities to live with dignity. He engages with rural marginalised youth and communities to enhance resilience by creating pathways out of poverty. Prior to joining the development sector, Pankaj held leadership roles across multiple sectors handling cross border operations across myriad sectors including FMCG, Wearables, ITES, and Automobile.
