Nasha manages Rohingya Women Development Network, an organisation that empowers Rohingya women and girls who are vulnerable to social and economic injustices. She also provides skills training and livelihood opportunities to refugees from Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Myanmar and marginalised communities in Malaysia through an organisation she founded, NASHPOTATOES, and Malaysian Social Research Institute. Nasha was a legal advocate at Asylum Access and a volunteer at UNHCR.
