Nehal has been working in SARPV since 2012, From 2015 it is focusing on financial inclusion of marginalized groups specially the women, person with disability & other vulnerable groups. Designing the inclusion strategy, analyzing the social factors and preparing the advocacy plan for accessibility is Nehal's sole responsibility. Nehal holds a bachelors form NSU, MBA from ULAB and M.Sc. in Disaster Management from Dhaka university.
