Joelle experienced 15 years as a technology entrepreneur and organisation builder, developing and scaling up ideas that empower the lives of others. As General Manager of FastGig Malaysia, she's playing her part to connect low-wage jobseekers in the manual, services, and semi-skilled industries to gainful jobs in the gig economy through technology. Her work is to uplift livelihoods of gig workers though access to decent work, and enhancing their social mobility and financial well-being by leveraging job market transformations post-pandemic.
