Gopal is an Additional Director at Institute of Informatics and Development (IID), a public policy institute that promotes informed public participation in the public policy process. Over the last 11+ years he led projects funded by LEGO Foundation, USAID, University of Washington, and IDRC. His prime research interests include future education, child research, education assessment, and an in-depth understanding of design, methods, ethics in child research. Originally from Jashore, Bangladesh Gopal holds a master’s degree in Development Studies from the University of Dhaka.
