Cristina is Co-Founder and Director of Escuelab. Through research workshops, after-school science clubs, science camps and training programs for teachers, Escuelab has impacted more than 13,000 students between 4 and 14 years, with a special focus on those in vulnerable situations. She is a Molecular biologist (Princeton University), has Master's and PhD in Molecular Biomedicine (Universidad Autónoma of Madrid), and has advanced training in Science Journalism and Science Communication (UNED) and Social Entrepreneurship (IESE).
