Charlotte is the Co-Founder & Managing Director of Yusudi, a social enterprise that supports youth in their journey to reach economic sustainability through employment or entrepreneurship. She is a passionate educator that gets her energy from helping others grow into their most authentic selves. She is also an avid, driven entrepreneur creating highly innovative, culturally attractive companies that fuel economic growth. She entered the youth sector 8 years ago working with AIESEC in the UK, Mexico and Kenya.
