He heads its operations and impact, leading teams on the ground and driving the organization to scale. Adrian has over 12 years experience in strategy, program management, and business development. Coupled with hands-on experience engaging with communities, Adrian has developed a unique blend of expertise to go hand-in-hand with his deep passion for solving inequality. He is also a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and holds a Master's degree in marketing communications.
