Yusra is Founder & Director at Yellow Streets, a sports for change initiative that works with underprivileged children and young people to build their aspirations and emotional intelligence, by using Rugby and allied activities. Prior to this she has worked with Pravah and another social start-up within various facets of children, youth development and social entrepreneurship. A postgraduate in Social Work, powerful experiences have shaped her individuality which re-affirmed her belief in the inherent human capacity to be exceptional.
