Wubrest is a Medical Doctor and journalist managing media for the Ethiopian Minister of Health. Her mission is to reduce the pediatric cancer death rate by building awareness campaigns, providing support services to cancer patients; and counseling doctors overwhelmed by the less than 5% survival rate. She believes we are bigger than cancer and that she, as an individual, and the country, as a whole, can do better to increase cancer survival rates.
