William is the Co-Founder and Chief of Business of Skilvul, an education company that strives to increase employability of digital talents in Indonesia. He started Skilvul back in 2017 as a coding bootcamp but now have more career tracks to offer such as UX, Game Development, IoT, and more. His current roles are mainly on business development overlooking B2B revenue streams, recruitment and people development, and overseeing internal operations and marketing. His prior experience involved co-founding Impact Hub Jakarta and SIAP (Social Innovation Acceleration Program), an incubator for early-stage social entrepreneurs. However, his biggest learning curve came when he built a non-profit learning house for underprivileged kids living in one urban village in West Jakarta back in 2014.
