Wei-Li Woo is the Lead, Innovation at Grow Asia, a multi-stakeholder platform that catalyzes action-oriented partnerships to advance inclusive agricultural development in Southeast Asia. Wei-Li leads Grow Asia's digital and innovation work, which brokers partnerships between business, government and NGO leaders who share a commitment to using digital innovations to make smallholder value chains more productive and sustainable. Previously, Wei-Li worked for the Singapore Food Agency, the Singapore government agency responsible for food security and safety. She was responsible for facilitating an enabling regulatory environment for farms in Singapore, promoting local production, and developing the alternative proteins ecosystem. She previously worked for the refugee resettlement program of the International Rescue Committee in New York. Wei-Li holds an MA in Development Studies, focused on Agrarian Food and Environmental Studies from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a BA in Government from Cornell University.
