Wanjiku Mbugua is an astute Management and Policy Consultant, passionate about redefining systems and cultures in Africa to see a shift in thinking/behavior that will propel the continent to its full potential. She is the CEO of Redefining Africa, a consulting firm working to shake up the status quo through policy redefinition and behavior change. She is passionate about working with African governments and the private sector to create targeted and strong policies that will set a solid foundation for sustainable growth and prosperity on the continent. One of the organizations she is currently working with is AG Group on their strategy to make a social impact a key deliverable in their business. Wanjiku holds an MSc in Public and Urban policy from the University of Glasgow.
