Walter is Project Manager of the Agencia para la Renovación del territorio (ART), an entity that is currently implementing the first point of the Peace Agreement signed between the Colombian government and FARC rebels in 2016. At the ART he develops projects to transform the countryside and the life of rural Colombians. He is a business administrator from Universidad Externado and has a marketing major from Politécnico Grancolombiano. He has been working in productive projects and community infrastructure in municipalities affected by the armed conflict in Colombia since 2005, which puts him at his work at the heart of reducing inequality and injustice in Colombia.
