Vanessa is the General Director of the Foundation ""Quiero Trabajo"" (""I Want a Job""), an organization that works for the empowerment of vulnerable people in the last phase of the labor insertion, the Interview. Her mission is that the greatest number of people, especially women, break precarious situations they are living in through employment, which makes them feel worthy and useful. She developed various programs in emotional intelligence, coaching and defining career goals, always focused on employability. She studied marketing, is coach, and has studies in Neuro-Leadership.
