Vaibhav is the Co-founder of ftcash. ftcash is one of India's fastest growing financial technology company, recognized by Forbes, backed by PayPal. ftcash empowers the 60+ million underserved micromerchants in India through financial inclusion using digital payments and loans. Previously, he was aDirector, Global Development at XPRIZE, leading the World’s first global prize that targets the problem of access to water. Vaibhav has spent the last decade working in the areas of policy and development across 5 countries and 20 states in India. He had previously been associated with The World Bank advising Government of India for a $1 billion project on Water Supply and Sanitation. Vaibhav is also an iCATs Fellow (2010), a Swaniti Fellows (2012) awarded ‘Power 30 under 30’, a Global Shaper (2014), a German Chancellor Fellow (2016). He is an engineer from the National Institute of Technology-Trichy and an alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School’s Executive Education Program.
