Uyen Dang aspires to leverage the power of social entrepreneurship and career development services toward creating systemic changes in education. In 2020, Uyen co-founded Song An, a social enterprise providing wraparound career development support for students and working learners while building a collective community of career development practitioners to support those end-users on their education-to-and-through-employment pathways. As a Chief Business Officer, her two focus areas are (1) cultivating the synergy within the organization and the cross-sector collaboration, and (2) building the support systems to embody the Teal Organization model of self-management, wholeness, and evolutionary purpose. Her previous work spans from leading youth organizations/working groups at Enactus UEH, AIESEC HCMC, and WEF Global Shapers HCMC, to fostering public-private partnerships for innovations such as Circular Economy projects and the Frontier Innovators program of DFAT�s innovationXchange in the Asia-Pacific region.
