Tushar is the founder of Devidayal Solar Solutions Pvt Ltd (DDSolar), a company that provides access to energy and sustainable livelihoods through solar refrigeration solutions. DDSolar’s solar units displace diesel-powered refrigerators and freezers, reducing emissions and food spoilage. Tushar has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Macalester College in the US and has completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration from London Business School. In previous roles, Tushar worked in firms like Bear Stearns & Merrill Lynch, and Arysta LifeScience, Japan.
