Tsedale Kinfu is Founder and General Manager of New Bright Community Development Center. The organization focuses on transforming the lives of unprivileged children and youth through education and skill enhancement, creating a safe environment and protecting them from unhealthy practices. Her journey working with her local community began 10 years back as a social worker with a strong desire to contribute to poverty reduction. She received her MA from Addis Ababa University.
