Tori Chakma is the owner of Mizel-Hozal. Mizel-Hozal is a for-profit organisation which mainly focuses on creating job opportunities for women to take part in production of ready made clothes and traditional attire. Mizel-Hozal functions both online and offline. Presently it has two outlets in Rangamati and in Chittagong. It also focuses on building a strong marketing network to promote Indigenous traditional attire in both National and International level.
