Toan Dang currently leads the ICT in Education program at the UNESCO Asia and Pacific Regional Bureau for Education based in Bangkok, Thailand, where Toan first started as an intern back in 2017. Through Toan's work, he support governments to scale the use of technology in their education systems through developing digital transformation strategies and policies, implementing national teacher education systems, and conducting research on new innovations for transforming learning. Originally from Canada, Toan has also worked in the USA and 8 countries in the Asia-Pacific with diverse 10 years of experience in international development, organizational development, education technology, marketing, product management, and entrepreneurship. Toan graduated with a Masters of Management in Human Resources and Leadership from Mahidol University in Thailand.
