Hue leads the strategic development of MCD, especially partnership building and resources mobilisation. MCD has nearly 20 years working on marine and fisheries issues in Vietnam. Hue has been selected as one of 20 outstanding fellows for the community driven leadership program of the Obama Foundation in 2019. Hue hold master of business administration in addition to a law degree.
