Tehmina is the Co-Founder of INSTA Foods, a social impact Food Enterprise established in 2011 in Pakistan and in 2020 in Canada; working to reduce food waste and post-harvest loss by increasing the shelf life of perishable foods. She also runs a Women Entrepreneurs Community in Pakistan to support gender diversity & inclusion. She is part of the Advisory Board to Greentech Europe and mentors three international start ups.
