Tawhida is the founder and CEO of Moner Bondhu, a mental healthcare and wellbeing platform working to raise awareness and provide affordable, accessible and convenient mental health services. Moner Bondhu’s interventions include therapy, online-offline counseling, workshops, social media content, radio and television shows. She has worked for over 11 years as a journalist, writing about gender, mental health and social awareness. Under Tawhida’s leadership, her organization is working to break the stigma around mental illness, provide a safe-space and establish mental healthcare as a right.
