Susana has a degree in Communication postgraduate degree in Leadership & Social Innovation from ESADE and in continuous learning, and is an alumna of the Aspen Institute. At COTEC, she helps promote innovation as an engine of economic and social development in Spain. She provokes systemic changes in which the transforming lever of innovation leads us towards more just, egalitarian, and sustainable societies. She leads institutional relations and social impact strategy. She has worked in international organizations, NGOs, and public organizations in Spain, the US, and several Latin American countries, promoting projects on democratic governance, sustainability, and education.
