Sudhish is the State Pedagogy Coordinator in SSA, Chhattisgarh and looks after different quality improvement initiatives at the elementary level. Sudhish got his education in Chhattisgarh and graduated from Science College, Raipur. After getting his Post-graduation degree, he joined the teaching profession in a college in Maharastra. Then he moved to Madhya Pradesh state Govt. job in 1990 as teaching faculty. Within a short span of time, he moved from district office to state office. He is the University topper in B.Ed. & M.Ed. He has also participated in a three-month training program at Arizona State University. He is credited with publishing the first book for classes one and two in Chhattisgarh and he has also won the first state award for innovation in education. He enjoys developing content and design for different capacity building programs
