Sikai Chen joined Tri-Sector Associates in 2019, serving as their Associate Director. At Tri-Sector, they focus on developing cross-sector partnerships to drive systems change in the social and economic development space. Sikai is primarily responsible for developing and leading partnerships in Southeast Asia and building key internal systems for the organisation such as performance, knowledge, and organisational structure. Sikai previously served as a Strategy Consultant with Dalberg Advisors, and graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
