Shoaib is the Founder and CEO of Pi Jam Foundation, a non-profit which aims to democratize Computer Science education for children and educators. Pi Jam adopts a systemic approach to reduce entry barriers for students and teachers through its culturally relevant and innovative programs to foster problem solving skills. Shoaib is a Teach for India Alumnus, a Wipro Seeding Fellow, and holds an engineering degree from Vellore Institute of Technology.
