Shiroi is on the management board of Entrepreneurs Associates, a group building an inclusive ecosystem of entrepreneurship and livelihoods in Nagaland. She is also the Co-Founder of Wander Nagaland, a responsible tourism company. She is a Young Leaders Accelerated Scholar (YLAS), Li Ka Shing Foundation Scholar 2019-20, and Forbes 30 under 30 India 2018 special mention for social impact. She holds an undergraduate degree in Management from Symbiosi University Pune and a Masters in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
