Being one of the few successful female entrepreneurs from her state, Sharnalata had to go through many obstacles before she could establish her own fashion brand and salon: Women’s Fashion World which has won several national recognitions for the excellent services it delivers. Sharnalata is also the founding president of the Sylhet Women Chamber of Commerce and Industries which provides a voice to women entrepreneurs in Sylhet, Bangladesh.
