Dubai, United Arab Emirates Shanoo, a systems-preneur, works across global impact-established organizations and early-stage startups, with a focus on supply chain integration, data/technology, inclusive finance and climate solutions. She leads the partnership of Mercy Corps’ AgriFin with NASA, co-heads the development of smallholder (digital ecosystem) solutions at Rabobank, and steers the rollout of nutrition focussed business services and impact investment fund under Food Systems for the Future. She previously co-founded and led the Farm to Market Alliance - a multi-stakeholder consortium reaching 150,000 smallholder farmers. Prior to that, Shanoo worked in various senior partnership and operations roles with the UN World Food Programme. Shanoo holds an MBA in social entrepreneurship from University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
