Sempeho Siafu
Sempeho is a lecturer at the Institute of Adult Education in Tanzania and the National Coordinator for Integrated Program for Out of School Adolescents (IPOSA). IPOSA empowers 10,000 youths to establish micro-industries through Empowerment Clubs that provide practical industrial-based training, startup kits and soft loans so that the ideas mature into micro ventures. Sempeho created IPOSA after seeing 200,000 needy nationalized Burundian refugees lack the skills and oportunities needed to secure their own livelihoods.
