Samia Ibtasam Razaq
Samia is the currently doing her PhD in Computer Science specializing in design of technologies for emerging markets at University of Washington. She was the Founder and Co-Director of Innovations for Poverty Alleviation Lab (IPAL) at the Information Technology University in Lahore, where she focused on creating medical technologies to improve mother and child health in underserved communities. She is currently working on the interplay of gender and technology use in Digital Financial Services.
