Salvator is the Founder and General Director of Jenga Mwili based in Bujumbura. Jenga Mwili has for four main objectives: to introduce innovative agricultural practices in Burundi, to create jobs, to provide nutrition and to inspire young graduates to participate in farming . In the organization's first year, Salvator has developed a farmer's network that produces and supplies fresh mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, pumpkins and other vegetables in Bujumbura town and they are launching a new product line in palm oil.
