Salman is a Program Director & Founding Member of Aspirational District Collaborative, a flagship initiative of NITI Aayog and Piramal Foundation which aims to uplift 100 million people living in abject poverty in 112 Aspirational Districts. Salman delivers programs in education and youth by involving engagement of larger ecosystem including the government machinery. He has partnered with Minority Ministries by imparting 21st century skills to integrate Madrasas into the mainstream.
