Founder of Travelettes of Bangladesh

Dr. Sakia Haque is the founder of Travelettes of Bangladesh, an organization that aims to empower women through traveling. Under this project, along with Dr. Manoshi Saha, she has traveled all around the country in a motorcycle and interacted with 23,000 girls, led talks about menstrual health and arranged self-defense workshops for them. She is also an Emergency Medical Officer at the Teknaf Upazila Health Complex.
