Ronald is a psychologist with advanced studies in social enterprise management and local development, with over 16 years of experience in the social development and sustainability sectors. He is passionate about connecting humanitarian and nonprofit work with strategic management and sustainability. With experience in international cooperation organizations, NGOs, agro-industrial, and mining-energy sectors, he has worked in all regions of Colombia with a special emphasis on the Caribbean coast.
