Rebeca has a degree in Business Administration and Management and has a Master in International Trade, which has given her more than 4 years of experience working for the public and private sector in the development of business strategy and in the international promotion and expansion of SMEs. She has specialized in the design and management of social innovation projects in the Junta de Castilla y León, facilitating the experimentation of innovative methodologies that optimize resources and processes, with the ultimate goal that public policies can address the social challenges of today and serve people effectively. She is coordinating the European Anti Poverty Network in Castilla León, which is a network that fights against poverty by connecting the public sector with the private sector.
