Ravish is the Deputy Lead, Operations at PreJHA Foundation, a non-profit SPV of Pan IIT Foundation (PARFI) with Government of Jharkhand, working towards skilling rural, underprivileged, tribal youth of Jharkhand. Ravish ensures candidate onboarding, high quality technical training & 100% assured placement for 7000+ candidates annually at 28 Kalyan Gurukuls. Ravish holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Guwahati and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
