Ramadhan is the Director of the “We Are Watching You” project which engages communities through music and performances to create a culture of vigilance and political accountability. Ramadhan has experience as the Coordinator for the Vumilia Youth Group, the Stage Manager for musician Eric Wainaina, the leader of the Kale Leo Band, and the Chairman of the African Cultural Research and Education Foundation. He is also a politician and he vied for election in 2013 and is also planning to run for election in 2017. He is also a mentor of 500 youths with junior achievement Kenya and runs a breakfast business.
