Rajabali is the Deputy Director of Deshpande Foundation’s Skilling Initiatives, which brings about a sustainable change by economically empowering rural and semi-urban communities in India. He is working towards enhancing the employability of educated 100,000 youth from rural colleges and assisting them in securing organized sector jobs. He holds a Master’s in Social Work from the Gulbarga University, Karnataka and is a first-generation graduate within his family.
