Pilar studied Fine Arts and Piano and specialized as a music teacher for two decades, also developing creative works as a plastic artist. Interested in the mutual influence of art in society, she has promoted art and social transformation projects such as "Experiment Company for Unwanted Loneliness." She has also coordinated the "II Forum of Urban Violence" in the City of Madrid, and participated in the coordination of "Madrid en Crudo," a project focused in the artist community so they can have a space for expression. Since 2017, she has held political positions, and is currently a councilor of the Madrid City Council.
