Oli is a learning architect with a passion for facilitating meaningful learning, connecting people and developing leaders. He's on a mission to eliminate barriers to opportunity and even the odds for this generation by supporting high impact organizations help their people level up their skills. He's currently serving as the Curriculum Manager at Andela where he builds world's best tech and professional curriculum resources for Africa's top technologists, and distributes the bulk of the programming to people and communities in East and West Africa. Previously Oli worked in the banking, social and education sectors. He holds an associate degree in banking and finance, and he's currently pursuing a master’s degree in education psychology.
