Nupur is Director at Powered By People (PBP), a B2B platform connecting handmade and natural cosmetic producers from low-income communities in Africa, Asia and Latin America with international buyers through digital production and traceability tools and access to financing. Prior to this, Nupur was leading business operations at Institute for Transformative Technologies and was a strategy consultant with Dalberg Global Development Advisors. Nupur holds a master’s in Economics and Finance from the University of Warwick and a bachelor’s in Economics from St. Xavier’s College.
