Nneka Umeham-Offor is a social entrepreneur with a diverse background in blended learning and CPG manufacturing. She has founded and led multiple ventures, leveraging her expertise to create innovative solutions and drive sustainable growth. She founded WhiteLeaf Naturals, a social enterprise that processes and packages Africa’s nutrient-rich ingredients into holistic products and also promotes financial inclusion among under-served female farmers in Nigeria. Recognizing how the power of technology can transform the unemployment rate among African youths, Nneka founded SkillBoox Africa, a vocational training marketplace that connects learners with professional Artisans across Africa. With a relentless commitment to excellence, she is passionate about inspiring others and making a positive impact through her Women in Manufacturing (WIM) Bootcamp and mentorship program amongst other initiatives. She is a United States Academy for Women Entrepreneurs Alumni.
